Sheet metal processing

Need sheet metal parts that are ready to use, not just cut?

Cutting in one place, bending in another, welding in a third: every step adds transport, time and room for error. And in the end, if something doesn't fit, nobody is responsible.

Cutting, bending and welding: one workshop, one responsibility.
VICFERRO

With our latest-generation 300-tonne CBC press brake we make precise, repeatable bends, even on large, thick sheets. Our welding department, TIG included, assembles and completes the parts, in the workshop and on site.

By combining cutting, bending and welding we turn steel and stainless steel sheet into ready-to-use components, shapes and profiles: cut part, semi-finished piece or finished product, as you need.

What we do

  • Cutting: COâ‚‚ laser and high-definition plasma.

  • Bending on a 300-tonne CBC press brake.

  • Welding, TIG included, to assemble and complete the parts.

  • Components, shapes and profiles in steel and stainless steel, to drawing.

Why choose us

  • The full cycle in-house: fewer handovers, less downtime.

  • Repeatable precision, even on large formats and heavy thicknesses.

  • Certified quality to EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834.

  • Available as subcontract work, for workshops, fabricators and manufacturers.

Imagine receiving the finished part

You send a drawing, you get a component ready to assemble: cut, bent and welded the way you designed it. One order, one point of contact.

For any questions or changes, even after delivery, you talk to the people who worked on your part.

What to ask a sheet metal shop

  • Do they do cutting, bending and welding in-house?

  • What tonnage is their press brake? Ours is 300 tonnes.

  • Do they work both mild steel and stainless steel?

  • Do they work to recognised certifications?

Put us to the test: call us or email us.
