The processes you need, under one roof

In our workshop in Cadriano (BO), craftsmanship meets state-of-the-art machinery: laser and plasma cutting, bending, TIG welding, stainless steel fabrication and structural steelwork.

All our processes are also available as subcontract work: send us your drawing and we'll deliver the cut part, the semi-finished piece or the finished product.

Sheet metal processing

Bending, welding and forming steel and stainless steel sheet: from the cut part to the finished product.

Stainless steel fabrication

Cutting, bending and TIG welding of stainless steel: from a part to your drawing to the finished product.

Laser Cutting

Mazak CO₂ laser for fine detail and clean finishes on steel and stainless sheets up to 3000 × 1500 mm.

Plasma Cutting

High-definition plasma up to 50 mm on mild steel and 25 mm on stainless, on a 6 × 2.5 m table.

TIG Welding

Precise, clean welds on stainless and mild steel, even on thin sheet and where the joint stays visible.

Wall opening frames

Openings in load-bearing walls made safely, to the engineer's design and installed by us.

Structural reinforcement

Steel beams and elements to strengthen floors, columns, walls and existing structures.

Seismic retrofitting

The steel elements for seismic improvement and retrofitting, with care in every detail.

Our machinery

  • Mazak Super Turbo-X 510 Mark II CO₂ laser, with Mazatrol control, CAD programming and nesting: sheets up to 3000 × 1500 mm.

  • CR Electronic 6025 HD plasma with a Hypertherm HPR260 power source: mild steel up to 50 mm, stainless up to 25 mm, 6 × 2.5 m table.

  • 300-tonne CBC press brake, for precise, repeatable bends.

  • Welding department, TIG included, in the workshop and on site.

  2. We assess the best-suited technology and prepare a quote.

  3. We make it in our own workshop.

  4. We deliver or install: cut part, semi-finished piece or installed finished product.
